NEW: Cask Ale Specials at Twin Oast Happening Friday 4/16 & 4/17

Twin Oast will be serving up some thing special this weekend. Beginning on Friday, April 16th, there will be Cask Ale specials available in the taproom. These specials will be available for ONE DAY ONLY and each beer is only available while supplies last.

Friday - Swells with Sabro and Blood Orange

Saturday - Swells with Chinook and Amarillo

A cask ale is unfiltered beer that is racked into casks, carbonated, sealed and then undergoes a slight final fermentation in the cask. The end result is a brew that has a gentler level of carbonation, a rounder mouthfeel, usually boasts a little more complex flavor and aromatic profile. It’s considered “live” beer since it is unfiltered and has live yeast in the cask, which means is perishes quickly, hence the one day only availability.
