Our Craft Beer
The beers of Twin Oast mix traditional German offerings with a modern American sentiment. We don’t build our reputation on making the hoppiest IPA or the strongest stout; we brew beers with finesse and attention to detail. Whether it's a traditional Hefewiezen, an Apricot Blonde, a Cherry Vanilla IPA, or a Peppercorn Saison, we will only serve beer that meets our incredibly high standards of quality.
As we grow, we plan to become Ohio's premiere fruit-based sour beer brewer. These brews can take years to complete and are unlike anything you'll find on tap at your local pub.
Year Round Offerings
Blonde Ale | ABV 4.7%
OLD OHIO
Sometimes you just want an easy-drinking, light-bodied beer -- Old Ohio is just that. Brewed to be balanced, this American Blonde Ale finishes with subtle citrus tones, and is the perfect beer to reach for after a long day on the farm.
OASTEWEIZEN
Hefeweizen | ABV 4.7%
The first beer our Founder fell in love with was a Bavarian Hefeweizen, which is why we stated as traditional as possible with this brew. Oasteweizen’s authentic Bavarian yeast lends notes of banana and clove to this haus favorite.
Berliner Weisse | ABV 4.5%
VIVOD
The modern Berliner Weisse is an old-school beer brewed with new-school methodology. Crafted to be sour and sessionable, Vivod exudes notes of tart citrus, green apple, and honey. Need to bring some balance? Try it “Mit Schuss”, with a shot of your favorite fruit syrup!
American IPA |ABV 6.3%
LEGITIMATE SWELLS
One sip of Legitimate Swells and your taste buds will think they have been capsized by the Papagayo Winds! Made with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, this IPA features a huge, fruity hop flavor with minimal bitterness.
Brown Porter | ABV 5.1%
SHIP BURNER
“Burning the Ships” is a way of life. It favors the bold -- those with guts and gumption. Ship Burner is a Brown Porter with audacity, displaying flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, daring you to face your next adventure with no plan for escape.
Seasonal Offerings
Our seasonal offerings will be dictated by two things: the weather, and the crops. Summer brews will focus on tree-ripened fruit, and will be made lighter to accommodate the season. The fall will bring out a traditionally brewed Oktoberfest and beers that are perfect to sip on as you watch the leaves turn. Our winter brews will keep you warm, but will also be inviting even to a light-beer drinker. In the spring, budding fruit will be accompanied by crisp, hoppy ales and traditional german lagers.
