About Dinner With A Brew
Dinner With A Brew is a monthly beer pairing dinner at Twin Oast Brewing held on the second Friday of each month.
Get ready to enjoy a delicious meal thoughtfully paired with craft beers from our Brewery as you relax in our private, cozy Pergola! Guests can take a private brewery tour from your knowledgeable beer-tenders, Brian and Jim, to learn about the history of our brewery and the brewing process that produces our beloved beers.
Due to the nature of this menu, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Gratuity is included.

Celebrate the flavors of spring with Dinner With A Brew: A Taste in Bloom, an intimate five-course beer pairing dinner in partnership with The Apothecary Kitchen. This seasonal experience invites guests to explore a fresh and nourishing menu designed to highlight spring’s vibrant ingredients—each course artfully paired with hand-crafted Twin Oast brews.

The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a private brewery tour and welcome beverage. At 6:45 PM, we’ll gather begin the five-course dining experience inspired by nature’s spring awakening. Expect bright flavors, thoughtful pairings, and a warm, cozy atmosphere surrounded by friends and craft.

For A Taste in Bloom, they’ll deliver a menu inspired by spring’s freshest offerings—thoughtfully prepared to elevate each Twin Oast brew it’s paired with. Expect balance, brightness, and beauty in every bite.
