About Dinner With A Brew
Dinner With A Brew is a monthly beer pairing dinner at Twin Oast Brewing held on the second Friday of each month.
Get ready to enjoy a delicious meal thoughtfully paired with craft beers from our Brewery as you relax in our private, cozy Pergola! Guests can take a private brewery tour from your knowledgeable beer-tenders, Brian and Jim, to learn about the history of our brewery and the brewing process that produces our beloved beers.
Due to the nature of this menu, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Gratuity is included.

We’re setting the table for March Into Flavor — a fresh, flavor-forward edition of our Dinner With A Brew series that celebrates the shift in seasons. This five-course pairing dinner is designed around vibrant ingredients, layered flavors, and shared moments at the table. As winter gives way to spring, this March gathering invites you to experience food and beer in thoughtful harmony.
Crafted in collaboration with Gertz Culinary, this month’s menu reflects their mission to bring communities together through cooking and agriculture. Expect bold seasonal dishes rooted in connection and craftsmanship — each course intentionally paired with a Twin Oast brew to complement and elevate every bite.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a private brewery tour and welcome beverage. Dinner will begin at 6:45pm.
