About Dinner With A Brew
Dinner With A Brew is a monthly beer pairing dinner at Twin Oast Brewing held on the second Friday of each month.
Get ready to enjoy a delicious meal thoughtfully paired with craft beers from our Brewery as you relax in our private, cozy Pergola! Guests can take a private brewery tour from your knowledgeable beer-tenders, Brian and Jim, to learn about the history of our brewery and the brewing process that produces our beloved beers.
Due to the nature of this menu, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Gratuity is included.

We’re setting the table for Paired With Love — a heartfelt, flavor-filled edition of our Dinner With A Brew series, just in time for Valentine’s week. This five-course pairing dinner is all about meaningful moments, shared plates, and food that feels both personal and celebratory. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or simply good taste, this February dinner is designed to bring people together.
Crafted in collaboration with Dena’s Table, this month’s menu leans into whole, vibrant ingredients and soul-warming flavors — each course paired with a Twin Oast brew to match. Expect comforting dishes with a refined twist, rooted in tradition and served with heart.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a private brewery tour and welcome beverage. Dinner will begin at 6:45pm.

Dena is a self-taught home cook based in Vermilion, Ohio, whose culinary roots run deep. Inspired by family traditions and a love for gathering around the table, she creates food that’s flavorful, approachable, and grounded in connection.
From her home kitchen to your plate, Dena brings over a decade of experience crafting meals that turn everyday moments into meaningful memories. Her passion for whole ingredients and nostalgic flavors shines through every dish — and we’re thrilled to welcome her for her first Dinner With A Brew collaboration.
