Guests can book online once reservations open. Online booking is available up to 48 hours in advance of each reservation. Choose your date and time, select any optional add-ons, confirm your reservation, and you’re all set!

When booking an igloo, guests will be asked to enter a valid credit card to secure their reservation. Your card is not charged at the time of booking. If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or results in a no-show, the igloo rental fee will be charged to the card on file.

For all completed visits, the rental fee is simply added to your final bill in-house, and no separate charge occurs through the booking platform.

On reservation days (Wednesday–Sunday), igloo reservations include a 2-hour dining experience. This time limit allows our team to reset each igloo for the next group and cannot be extended.

On Mondays and Tuesdays, igloos are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis with no set time limit. Guests should check in at the bar before seating themselves in an available igloo.

Igloo pricing varies by day and time:

• Monday & Tuesday: FREE igloo seating, first come, first served (no reservations required, no time limit)

• Weekday Reservations (Wednesday–Thursday): $25

• Weekend Lunch Reservations (Friday–Sunday before 5 PM): $25

• Weekend Dinner Reservations (Friday & Saturday after 5 PM): $50

There is no minimum spend required. When booking a reserved igloo, a credit card is required to secure the reservation but is not charged upfront. The igloo rental fee is added to your final bill in-house at the time of your visit. The card on file may only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Our igloo-exclusive add-ons are optional upgrades available only to igloo guests. These include items like Beer Towers, Mimosa Towers, drink experiences, and shareable boards.

Add-ons appear as $0 during checkout and are added to your final bill in-house.

Yes, an advance notice is strongly recommended for our add-ons as it ensures our team has enough time to order any necessary supplies and prep items.

Any add-ons ordered within a 2-day window of a reservation is not guaranteed. If our team cannot accommodate a last-minute add-on, guests will not be charged on their final bill.

Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their reservation through Tock. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or no-shows are non-refundable.

To make changes or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email or log into your Tock profile to manage your reservation.

Gotta love tech issues!! Due to settings we cannot override, some Tock (our reservation platform) messages and calendar apps (like Google or Apple) may show an incorrect reservation duration. Don’t worry — all igloo reservations include a strict 2-hour rental, starting at your confirmed reservation time.

Each igloo accommodates up to 8 guests maximum for safety and comfort. Reservations exceeding this limit will be subject to cancellation.

Our Igloos have a strict 8 guest maximum. Groups over 8 guests are welcome to enjoy our standard seating in the Taproom or Pergola! All general seating is first come, first served.

All reservations must be made online through our booking platform. Our staff cannot book igloos over the phone.

Absolutely. All igloos offer full-service dining, meaning you can order from our entire food, brunch (Sun 10am-2pm), and bar menus during your visit.

Our 2025–2026 Igloo Season is from November 10, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

Yes! Igloos are open to all ages. However, alcoholic add-ons such as Beer or Mimosa Towers are restricted to guests 21+.

Children must be accompanied with an adult at all times.

Our igloos have enough interior space to accommodate mobility devices, including wheelchairs. However, please note that each igloo sits on a small raised platform that requires one step to enter.

For guests using manual wheelchairs, our team can assist with lifting as needed. Motorized or heavier chairs may require a ramp, which we can arrange in advance with notice.

If you or someone in your party has mobility concerns, please call us prior to your reservation so we can make appropriate accommodations for your visit!

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. If you’re celebrating a special occasion and would like to bring a small dessert, please contact our Taproom team for approval prior to your visit.

Each igloo is fully enclosed and heated, designed to stay warm and comfortable even on chilly days. We have blankets and pillows for additional comfort. Guests are welcome to bring small blankets or jackets for added coziness.

Our current hours are:

• Monday - Thursday | 4pm - 9pm

• Friday - Saturday | 12pm - 10pm

• Sunday | 10am - 7pm (Brunch | 10am - 2pm)

On Monday-Saturday, the Twin Oast kitchen closes one (1) hour before the taproom. On Sundays, the Twin Oast kitchen closes thirty minutes before the taproom.

Twin Oast Brewing is a pet-free facility, both inside and out, with the exception of certified service animals.

We are a smoke-free campus. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside igloos or anywhere on our property.
