About Our Igloos
Grab your crew & get ready for a fun private dining experience at Twin Oast Brewing!
Our Igloos offer a cozy & unique dining experience under the evening's snowfall or starry skies. They may be rented for parties of up to 8 guests, are fully heated, and feature full-service dining! All Igloos have a 2-hour rental limit.

HOW DO I BOOK AN IGLOO?
Igloos can be booked online starting October 16 @ 9AM. Simply choose your date & time, select any (optional) add-ons, confirm your payment, and you're good to go!
HOW MUCH ARE IGLOOS?
Igloo prices vary between weekday (Tuesday-Thursday) and weekend (Friday-Sunday). Weekday rentals are $50 whereas weekend rentals are $75. This cost ONLY covers the Igloo rental; not food and beverages. Guests will pay for their Igloo in full when booking through Tock.
CAN I CALL TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Our staff is unable to book your reservation due to our booking software. All reservations must be done online.
HOW LONG IS AN IGLOO RENTAL?
All Igloos have a 2-hour rental limit. This time limit cannot be extended as our staff requires ample time to clean the Igloo for the next party.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN AN IGLOO?
For safety and comfortability purposes, our Igloos have a maximum capacity of 8 guests.
I HAVE A GROUP OVER 8 PEOPLE - WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Larger parties can enjoy our standard seating within our Taproom & Pergola. This seating is first come, first serve.
Have a large party looking for a similar experience to our Igloos?
You can reserve our Pergola AKA our "BIGLOO"! This cozy & festive space accommodates up to 30 guests, is fully enclosed & heated, and allots a 3-hour rental! Our Pergola also features a private bar, TV, tables/lounging spots, & full-dining.

HOW WARM IS THE IGLOO?
Each of our Igloos are fully enclosed and feature a personal heater to keep it warm and toasty. However, jackets and small blankets are encouraged for personal comfort! If your party gets too warm, our staff can assist you with turning down the heat or opening an Igloo window.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN RESERVATIONS?
If an Igloo is not in use and there is sufficient time remaining in that Igloo's time-block, then a walk-in reservation is permitted. Walk-in reservations can be made in our Taproom at our Main Bar.
ARE IGLOOS STRICTLY FOR AGES 21+?
Our Igloos are for all ages! Add-on such as a Beer/Mimosa Tower or Champagne Celebration, are strictly for ages 21+.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY IGLOO, WHAT DO I DO?
Guests can cancel reservations 24 HOURS prior to their reservation. If cancellation is available for your reservation, you will be able to cancel it from the reservation confirmation in your profile, or from within your reservation confirmation email. Refunds will not be provided for day-of cancellations or no shows.
CAN I TRADE IGLOO DATES?
Guests can reschedule their reservations 24 HOURS prior to their original reservation. If transferring is available for your reservation, you will be able to transfer it from the reservation confirmation in your profile or by clicking “Manage” from within your reservation confirmation email.
ARE OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES PERMITTED?
We do not permit outside food or beverages. If you are celebrating a special occasion and wanted to bring a small dessert, please call our Taproom for additional information.
ARE DOGS PERMITTED?
Twin Oast Brewing is a PET-FREE FACILITY, both inside and out, with an exception to certified service animals. We kindly ask that you do not bring your pet during your visit.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN OUR IGLOOS?
Nah man, we are a smoke-free campus and kindly ask that you do not smoke within our Igloos or on our property.
