Twin Oast will be serving up some thing special the first weekend in April. Beginning on Friday, April 2nd, there will be Cask Ale specials available in the taproom. These specials will be available for ONE DAY ONLY and each beer is only available while supplies last.

Saturday 4/3 - Twin Oast Chocolmole Stout with Makers Mark Bourbon Chips
A cask ale is unfiltered beer that is racked into casks, carbonated, sealed and then undergoes a slight final fermentation in the cask. The end result is a brew that has a gentler level of carbonation, a rounder mouthfeel, usually boasts a little more complex flavor and aromatic profile. It’s considered “live” beer since it is unfiltered and has live yeast in the cask, which means is perishes quickly, hence the one day only availability.
