Sugar Rock uses Belgian Candi Sugar and authentic yeast strains to bring forth familiar tones of chocolate, dried cherries, and caramel. This beer has been “can-conditioned” to capture carbonation from a secondary fermentation lending a softer, more natural effervescence.
