Why Volunteer?
Swag
We love our volunteers and appreciate all they do! Volunteer swag is available at every event, festival, and when volunteers are contacted for special tasks. At a festival or event, your swag is available to you as soon as you arrive or after your volunteer shift, whichever you prefer. Swag varies by event and volunteer role.
Perks
Skip the line! Regardless of when your volunteer shift starts, our volunteers go directly into the event. We will have your entry wristband and any other volunteer swag you are earning that day ready for you when you arrive. So even if you aren’t volunteering until the evening or even the day after for clean-up, you may enter the event or festival without waiting in the entry line.
Got a blanket or chairs? A small bag? We have you covered! While you are working your volunteer shift you may leave your valuables at our Volunteer Table. The table will be (wo)manned all day, so there's no need to cart things back & forth to your vehicle.
We'll also provide free cold bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray to all volunteers during the entire event.
Experience the behind-the-scenes magic
Volunteering is a great opportunity to see and be part of the inner workings of Twin Oast Brewing. Behind the magic, there are usually lots of busy bees running around making the event run smoothly and safely. It can give you a real insight into how everything works and give you a different outlook on the overall brewery or event experience. We'll also provide free cold bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray to all volunteers during the entire event.

Meet new people and make new friends
It's great to volunteer and spend part of your event or festival experience with people whom you share a common interest with. There are no mates like workmates, and volunteering can often give you the opportunity of meeting new people from all walks of life. If you're coming to the event/festival on your own, this is a great way of having a team of people around you and not feel alone.
Gain experience
Volunteering is a great way of getting experience in an exciting and interesting environment. Learn practical skills that can benefit you in all walks of life, from first response to teamwork, organization, problem solving and logistics. Plus volunteering at events like these is a great talking point in job interviews.

Entry Attendant Under the main event entry tent you will assist by checking ID’s, put event wrist bands on event goers, and assist Twin Oast hospitality staff with admissions.
First-Aid Assistant
Use your caring nature and first aid skills to keep our event well. Credentials will need to be verified before serving as a First Aid Assistant. Minimum requirement: nationally recognized (Red Cross, for example) first aid training certification.
