Twin Oast Brewing has been named the Ohio IPA Brewery of the Year at the New York International Beer Competition. Along with the overall brewery recognition, many Twin Oast brews took home top prizes including, Legitimate Swells earning a gold rating.

At the NY beer competition, beers are judged by those whose livelihoods depend on it, such as the retail store buyer, cicerone, sommelier, restaurant beverage director, hotelier, distributor and importer. The competition believes that these judges truly know what the consumer wants, as they receive on a daily basis the feedback from the consumer of what is good and what will sell. Over 600 submissions from around the world were submitted and judged by the trade buyer judges remotely.
